Suzanna Lloyd

Suzanna is a lifelong environmentalist committed to making climate action inclusive, accessible, and a viable path forward. She brings a justice-centered approach to her work in strategic climate communications, using research, storytelling, and public engagement to build support for environmental policies.
Suzanna’s notable experiences include:

• Conducting field research in Latin America and authoring a senior thesis on gender equity and coffee agroforestry models. Her work explored how ecofeminist frameworks reveal the intersections of capitalism, patriarchy, and environmental degradation in the coffee supply chain.

• Gaining international exposure to sustainable infrastructure and housing solutions at the University of Amsterdam, where she studied how urban planning can mitigate climate risks and promote resilience in vulnerable communities.

• Serving as a Fellow with the Reducetarian Foundation, a program focused on advancing sustainable food systems, where she worked to raise awareness about plant-based eating, climate justice, and food access.

Suzanna graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University with a BA in Environmental Studies and minors in Political Science and Peace & Justice Studies. Outside of work, she enjoys a good cup of coffee, reading at the beach, and rock climbing with friends.
