Chanah Haigh

Chanah brings a strong background in environmental policy, writing, and community organizing.
Chanah’s notable experiences include:
Advocated for grassroots groups against warehouse expansion in Southern California, influencing city planning and state policy. Conducted original GIS mapping and authored one of the first comprehensive narratives on the issue.
Won a Fulbright Grant to serve as a cultural ambassador for the United States by teaching English in the Czech Republic. Represented the Czech Fulbright Commission at the EU-US Young Leaders Seminar on climate change and global security.
Worked as a political organizer on a competitive 2024 congressional campaign in Westchester, recruiting hundreds of volunteers and managing the fieldwork of 6 towns and cities.
Chanah holds a bachelor’s degree from Scripps College in Environmental Analysis, with a focus on policy. When not at work, she enjoys hiking and stretching her skills in the fiber arts.
