Strategic Communications/Outreach Project Manager

ASC has an opening for a full-time Strategic Communications/Outreach Project Manager in our new White Plains, NY office. The position reports to and works closely with the President to shape and execute public awareness campaigns and public involvement plans for public-sector agencies and NGOs with a focus on transportation, energy, environment, and safety. The Strategic Communications/Outreach Project Manager will manage creative teams, timelines and budgets, and provide exemplary customer service.

The selected candidate will be a motivated and strategic team player with strong writing and project management skills, basic understanding of graphic programs, the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. The selected candidate will be forward-thinking, creative, curious, and self-motivated. Experience with public sector agencies/NGOs desired though not required, as is knowledge of public engagement requirements for NEPA, SEQRA, and Article 7. Must be available to travel to client and public venue locations.

BA/BS is required, with three to five years of experience.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Health benefits and retirement savings plan.

Public Relations/Outreach Associate

ASC has an opening for a full-time Public Relations/Outreach Associate in our new White Plains, NY, office working with busy Project Managers on public awareness campaigns for Federal, State and regional government agencies with a focus on transportation, energy, environment, and safety. The selected candidate will have exemplary writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team supporting Senior Project Managers. Candidate must have a solid command of Microsoft Office suite; strong social media capabilities, and event and workshop planning. Must be self motivated, able to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Must be able to travel to client or public venue locations.

BA/BS is required, with one to three years of experience.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Health benefits and retirement savings plan.
