Nicklaus, an early-career professional in New York City, specializes in climate mitigation through technological innovation and equitable community engagement. He excels in making complex climate information accessible and has experience in carbon dioxide removal and storage, both in research and practice. His background includes work with the National Wildlife Federation's Ocean Sustainability team and as Policy and Public Engagement Lead at Cella Mineral Storage, Inc. Nicklaus holds a B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.A. from Columbia University, focusing on Environmental and Sustainability Studies and Climate and Society.
