Alexia is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in New York State government and non-profit organizations. She has a proven track record in project management, data-driven decision-making, and relationship building. She specializes in community engagement, strategic communications, and government relations.

Leading community engagement efforts and strategic communications as Chief of Staff to Assemblymember Simotas.
Fostered strong partnerships and secured funding by creating compelling narratives as Director of Strategic Planning at the Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens.
Alexia was born in Patra, Greece and raised in Astoria, New York. She graduated from Queens College CUNY with her BA in Political Science and holds an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management from New York University. In her spare time, Alexia enjoys long distance running, working out and reading.
