Adrienne Kanter

 

Deputy Director of Stakeholder Engagement

 

Adrienne Kanter is a planner specializing in stakeholder engagement and
communications. With over 17 years of experience in the public and private sectors, she has developed a passion for strong public and stakeholder involvement.

Adrienne’s notable experiences include: 

  • Managing the communications program and survey analysis for the most recent Jersey City, NJ, Open Space Element of the Jersey City, NJ, Master Plan Vision

  • Serving as community liaison role for the NYC Health + Hospitals Neponsit Hospital Demolition Project

  • Providing oversight and support of public outreach for the NJ TRANSIT Newark Penn Station Modernization Project Master Plan

  • Supporting communications for the MTA Permanent Citizens Advisory Committee website, annual report, and other materials

A lifelong New Yorker, Adrienne recently moved to Fairfield, CT. She graduated with a B.A. in Art History from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University.  When not at work, she is a member of the Fairfield, CT, Parking Authority Board. She also enjoys drawing, reading, exploring places near and far, and spending time with her husband and three children.
